GTF Claim Manager

GTF Claim Manager comprises a database and a suite of applications to manage data related to your:

  • reservations
  • claims
  • mining concessions
  • permits
  • securities (collaterals)
  • properties and their owners
  • contact and bank details of parties

Calculate and store financial data

Using GTF Claim Manager, you can conveniently calculate and store financial information, such as fees, compensations and special compensations paid in relation to your exploration and mining activity. The system is ready to work with the Finnish Mining Law requirements and can be easily adjusted to other fiscal legislation.

Email alerts: monitor deadlines automatically

A missed deadline can cost your company a fortune and can prevent you from exploiting your findings to their fullest potential. GTF Claim Manager facilitates tracking expiry dates (and extended expiry dates, if available) of reservations, claims, mining concessions and permits by automatically creating non-urgent, urgent, critical and overdue alerts. These alerts are customisable- their frequency, warning periods and recipients may be modified to suit your needs.

You can also create user-defined alerts to track dates of your choice as well as email message templates that may be send via Outlook or Gmail email client to any email address.

Store and manage documents

Keeping important documents organised and available is extremely important to a succesful exploration campaign or mining operation. With GTF Claim Manager you can store and manage documents linked to: reservations, claims, mining concessions, properties, permits, securities, claim work tasks, tracked items and parties.

Generate reports

GTF Claim Manager is connected to Microsoft SQL Reporting Services® and comes with a set of pre-defined reports, which you can modify, view and export using the GTF Claim Manager application or directly on the Microsoft® SQL server website. You can also create new custom reports using the reporting tools to suit any particular need that may arise.

Store maps - add-in for Esri ArcMap®

If your company uses Esri ArcMap®, GTF Claim Manager offers a convenient add-in to let you store and manage geospatial data for reservations, claims, mining concessions, properties and permits. You can, for example, display these items on the map, calculate their areas and intersections (that may be used in financial calculations) and of course create new ones.
